How many guide and porters do you get?
Rinjani forest provide the team:
• 1 guide can hadle for maximum 4 person, more than 4 person have an extra
guide
• 1 person can get 1 porter per trip
Is the pick up transfer include on the package?

All destination is include when I book Rinjani tour?
No, Not all areas are covered by free transfer, some destinations will apply an extra
charge, such as:
• Kuta Lombok extra 200.000 for group maximum 4 person
• Selong Belanak extra 200.000 for group maximum 4 person
• Ekas and pink beach area 300.000 for group maximum 4 person
• Sekotong area extra cost 300.000 for group maximum 4 person
• Lembar extra cost 200.000 maximum 4 person
Good to know
• The summit day is challenging with loose gravel – pace yourself!
• You’ll need to be in good physical condition, but no technical skills are required
• The porters carry heavy items (25kg maximum), but you need to carry your
personal daypack
• Respect the mountain – take all rubbish down and leave nature clean

• Get booking confirmation by email or WhatsApp after your booking is confirmed.
• Secure your booking by sending a deposit.
• You will have a payment confirmation.
• Please send us your profile information or a copy of your passport for National
Park registration.
• Share your arrival schedule at Lombok airport or any harbor on Lombok island
for pick-up service.
Term of payment
• You can make a deposit payment using our bank account or PayPal.
• We are not responsible for any bank charges or PayPal taxes.
• You must pay the balance in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
1. There are no refunds only for Rinjani tickets.
2. Refund 70% if you cancel the booking within 8 days, after reducing Rinjani tickets
3. We will charge 50% if you cancel the booking within 7 days
4. A full charge of deposit if you cancel within 2 days
